BBP-電動機調速變頻器可通過改變其輸出變頻來跳節普通三相異步電動機的轉速,以達到生產工藝的要求,或實現節電的目的,節電率可
達到30%～60%,以可做為電動機軟啟動控制器,也通過傳感器,變送器等控制電路組成閉環調速系統。安裝操作簡單,起動平穩無沖擊電
流(軟啟動),電源容量大大降低,功率因數恒定(cosφ≈1),同時具備故障顯示各種保護功能。
在隔爆外殼內安裝11根紫銅管.增強自動通風冷卻散熱.使隔爆腔內變頻器能在正常溫度中工作。
由于調速變頻器的核心器件是單片微機,因此具有很強的功能:
過電流保護,短路保護,過電壓保護,欠電壓保護,瞬時停電保護和斷相保護。
相數字顯示后或指示頻率,轉速以及負載率或電流等。
可手動調節頻率�？赊D速按時間變化的工藝曲線。也可以由DCS系統給出信號來控制其頻率。
本產品調速變頻器選用日本富士或SA-NKEN套件。柜內還裝有電流表，電壓表，自動空氣開關，指示燈，交流接觸器，工頻變轉換開關
及起動，停止鈕等。可根據不同用戶的工藝要求設計原理，選擇器件配制各種適當的操作方法。
銅管或電纜布線，電纜布線須配電纜夾緊密封接頭。

Because the key part of the frequency converter is a monolithic micro-computer,it works erriciently:
Protection of overcurrent,short-circuit,overvoitage,undervod-tage,instant power-off and phase.
Display of frequency speed and load with digital or pointer.
Designation of technology curve or speed by time.
Frequency converter of the board is selected form JAPAN's FUJI os SANKEN components or by user,Ammeter,
voltammeter,auto-airs-witch,indicating lamp and AC contactor are incuded.Operation mode could be besigned
according to suer's technology requirement.　
Connection with tube or throughwiring are included.
